SouthBridge at the Global Meeting of Emerging Markets Forum

Southbridge was present at the 2023 Global Meeting of the Emerging Markets Forum in Marrakech, from 10 to 12 October 2023.

The Global Meeting provides an annual opportunity to engage in discussions about the challenges that drive the global economy from both economic and geopolitical perspectives. This is achieved through the sharing of expertise among officials, central bankers, academics, as well as representatives from the private sector and civil society.

This year, Dr. Kaberuka and fellow panelists exchanged ideas in a session entitled ’Reforming the Multilateral System: Report of the G20 Independent Expert Group (IEG) on ‘Strengthening Multilateral Development Banks (MDBs)’
