Edouard joined SouthBridge in April 2020.
Prior to joining SouthBridge, Edouard spent 11 years on a variety of private and public management issues such as fiscal policy, investment in innovation and infrastructure and M&A.
From 2015 to 2018, Edouard was the Strategy and Finance Director of a €104B sovereign fund dedicated to innovation to foster French potential growth, with transactions in industry, renewable energy, digital, education & research.
He served before for 3.5 years at the Budget Directory of the French Ministry of Finance. He dealt successively with multi-year budgeting, evaluation of significant infrastructure projects or aid to firm budgeting. He took part in the definition of new regulations about corporate taxes and PPPs.
As a Strategy Consultant, he advised clients in Public, Transportation and Financial sectors.
Since 2012, Edouard has been a Sessional Lecturer in Public Finances at SciencesPo Paris. He graduated from ESCP Business School and holds two bachelor degrees in Arts from the Universities of Paris-Sorbonne and Lyon. Edouard is a fluent English and native French speaker.
