Ndiaga is involved in Corporate Advisory, such as Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Capital Structure Advisory, as well as Sovereign Advisory, such as Sovereign Wealth Fund Structuring.
He previously worked in Investment Banking and Development Financial Institutions on a variety of private and sovereign issues.
Prior to joining SouthBridge, Ndiaga worked at HSBC, in the Investment Banking – M&A Department, within the Large Caps team. He was involved in origination and execution of the transactions, in capital structure advisory and in both equity and debt fundraising.
He has also worked within the Financial Sector Development Department of the African Development Bank and in Financial Audit at EY.
Ndiaga graduated from ESSEC Business School – Programme Grande École (Master of Science in Management) and holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics & Economics from the University Paris I – Panthéon Sorbonne.
