Experience

Before joining Southbridge, he worked for the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning in the National Department of Planning and Research. At the Ministry, he oversaw the strategic plans of ICT and Private Sector Development & Youth Employment sectors, and of the City of Kigali.
Norbert started his career as an auditor for PwC, working mainly with financial institutions and hotels.
