Experience

Richard is actively involved in deal screening, portfolio management, set up and structuring of investment vehicles. Driven by a strong determination to create positive change in Africa, his endeavors also extend to championing the growth of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, and the development of local communities.

Richard holds a bachelor’s degree in international business and trade from the African Leadership University, Rwanda.

Before joining the Southbridge team, Richard was a Research Analyst at Rwazi where he assisted the team in identifying investment opportunities across the African continent, coupled with comprehensive data analysis to inform strategic decisions.

Richard is fluent in English and French.
